Our directors, Mr.Ayyappan and Mr.Navarathinamani had created an excellent opportunity for our entire team to participate in the goal-setting workshop, which took place on 26.02.2022 at Regenta Central RS between 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
When we all came to know about the workshop, we were all a little nervous about how the session would be, we had several thoughts running into our mind, like are we going to be asked more questions, or will it be a one-on-one session.

Involving the whole team in this workshop, we understood the value and importance that the management gives to us. We always wanted to create products with a social cause, and the products we develop should have a solid social responsibility and reach all sorts of people. That is why we took a step and started an individual entity for healthcare called "Medyaan Healthcare" Also, for us to take significant action in the agriculture and educational domain in the future. We started the concept of goal setting process two months back. After several discussions and meetings, we redefined our "Vision" and "Mission" statements. Also, we decided to share with our entire team members to be aware of Datayaan's vision and mission so that our dream would become a reality soon through our employees. Making dreams into reality
From the workshop, we were clear that Datayaan is not just a Software Company like others. Our vision was set high, we are aiming to be one of the upcoming R&D-based IT companies, and we are marching towards attaining our dream...
